The Delta-Form M3 performed similarly to the Abri-Form M4 when it came to odor reduction. The tendency for surface moisture after only a single wetting contributes to odors and the structure doesn’t do a good job at retaining them. The breathability may help in some ways by reducing sweating, but it's countered by more easily allowing odors to escape when they do form. The diaper itself doesn’t have any added fragrance and the padding doesn’t seem particularly adept at preventing odors from developing. The BetterDry diapers have been among my top favorite recommendations since I tried them. They seem to absorb a lot more than you would expect when first putting them on. This was likely caused by the pressure of me sitting up and some of the fluid get squeezed out a bit. By this point, the diaper was pretty much fully saturated. For the purpose of this post I will be reviewing and referring to the medium-sized Trest Elite Diaper. However, other available sizes are listed below:

While I am skeptical of this claim after actually using the diaper, I’m well aware that perception and expectation oftentimes does not equate to measurements in reality. I will reserve my critiques until I can take proper measurements. If not THE BEST diaper then it’s certainly a top contender. This of course is a difficult thing to really judge until I have enough data on every diaper across the market to make such a claim. I also have had A LOT of issues with their tapes lately too. That one seems to come and go but whatever the case is Confidry needs to get on figuring it out or they’re going to lose more loyal customers. The Northshore Megamax In terms of comfort, this diaper ranks highly, though, like the MegaMax, it’s highly susceptible to initial pooling during a wetting. Its sizing also seems to be a full size smaller than the MegaMax, with the medium ABU PeekABU being equivalent to small MegaMax. Even so, it should consistently take up to 3 wettings before leakage would be a concern. With a very high unit price, this diaper is more of a novelty than one I’d consider for practical purposes. For that reason, I think most will find its primary selling point for the unit cost is the character prints, otherwise there are cheaper more performant diapers like the BetterDry available. Because of that, I feel like my experience with the diaper itself wasn’t nearly as good as it could be with the use of the proper inserts. The NorthShore MegaMax performed strongly when it came to wet durability. It was perhaps similar to the BetterDry/Crinklz in this regard, but slightly short of the Drylife SlipSuper or NorthShore Supreme diapers. The padding on this diaper is remarkably resilient and even though the padding somewhat collapsed during the shake test, part of it still remained and did not seem to want to budge. During active wear the padding swelled quite a bit when wet but did not show significant signs of clumping or tearing when wet. It seems well constructed to stay in place and retains a degree of firmness. There were no issues with the tapes during testing, if anything they held a bit too strong because they proved difficult to remove. I feel this diaper could be well suited to active daily wear, it’s very hard to see it coming loose or the padding falling apart while active. When individuals managing incontinence and their loved ones find a product that allows for more sleep, more freedom and peace of mind, it can be life-changing. The sizing of this diaper runs large and in my review, following the recommended sizing I went with a small rather than the usual medium. The sizing is comparable to the ConfiDry 24/7, which now has me curious about how the small size of that diaper would fit. Overall, I found this diaper to be comfortable and surprisingly breathable, but it fell short when it came to absorbency, largely as a result of the topsheet repelling moisture causing leakage through the sides. The theoretical capacity of this diaper is certainly much greater than observed in testing, perhaps closer to the lab test result. Also, it’s marketed as a medical diaper, but it comes at a very high unit cost and after testing both I feel the NorthShore Supreme provides a better value. That said, perhaps with some design improvements it could be a great diaper for long duration wear.

Customers who use MEGAMAX often refer to them as a 'leak-proof' thanks to an extra-wide, extra-long core. The product also gets high marks for being one of the best overnight diapers for adults.Just like every other diaper on this list today, I desperately need to write an in depth review of this product with all of its pros and cons. I’ve recently had the pleasure of trying these diapers out for the first time thanks to a generous fan out there sending them to me as a gift off my wishlist!
