It is announced that Michael B. Jordan will both star and make his directorial debut with Creed III. ( Source: ScreenRant) What to Watch's Creed III review calls the movie a serviceable sequel that hits on all the beats you want from these movies, particularly in the ring. Overall, Creed III has been "Certified Fresh" on Rotten Tomatoes.
At the forefront of the film we find Adonis (Michael B. Jordan) retired. He runs a gym where he trains other boxers and his wife, Bianca (Tessa Thompson), has had a shift in her career. She’s no longer a performer, but produces and writes music for other artists. Bianca and Adonis’ focus is on raising their daughter (who has a hearing impairment), Amara (Mila Davis-Kent). Adonis finds Damian Anderson (Jonathan Majors) at his gym, a figure from his past, who’s fresh out of prison after 20 years. His time behind bars cut his boxing career short and he wants another shot. Adonis trains him, but Damian wants more – he wants to jump straight to the title match overlooking that it’s a process and not about the destination. Clearly there’s some tension between the two and, wouldn’t you know it, the only way to truly solve the issue is to let these two titans duke it out in the ring.

Creed 3 was written by Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin. It was directed by Michael B. Jordan and stars the following actors: Michael B. There is not much included with this release, but all bonus features are on the Blu-ray and consist of a couple of brief EPK-style featurettes and three short, deleted scenes. This will not be the very top in reference material, but there are no serious flaws with the transfer. Creed III steps it up to a 2160p UHD 4K transfer with Dolby Vision and HDR10. With Jordan behind the camera for the first time, he wanted to make an impact visually by showcasing elements a little different in the boxing world and in this overall story. The result is that this stylized movie doesn't have a lot of natural tones or colors to it, but rather a ton of examples of a blue-green or even an amber tint to most sequences. Jonathan Majors is confirmed to be playing a leading role in Creed III as the primary antagonist. Creed III was shot on various cameras including the Arriflex 35 IIC, RED Komodo, Red V-Raptor IMAX, and Sony CineAlta Venice IMAX in IMAX, Redcode RAW (6K, 8K), Super 35 (some shots), and X-OCN ST(6K). A 4K digital intermediate is utilized and the film is color coded with Dolby Vision HDR.
